Join us at the Four Corner School House in East Montpelier for a Wreath Making Workshop and a Holiday Pop-up!
The Holiday pop-up is free to attend and will feature items from The Magic Bean Farm such as pre-made holiday wreaths, herbal tea, salves, and dried floral wreaths.
This pop up is co-hosted by Lindsay Sullivan, a designer and artist living in Waterbury, Vermont. Her offerings include handmade pottery, jewelry, ornaments, and original artwork.
This year we’re offering discount options when you purchase your ticket with a friend (or two) because crafting is always more fun when you do it with friends. Space is limited, so please be sure to reserve your ticket prior to the event.
The Magic Bean Farm will be vending at the Winter Queer Craft Fair in Barre with Holiday Wreaths, Tea, and Salves. More info to come!

The Magic Bean Farm recently applied for grant money from the For Farmers Movement so we can upgrade our low tunnels. When you’re a flower farmer season extension is really important, but it can be hard to pay all the upfront costs. This grant would help us streamline our low tunnels, allowing us to move structures as needed, rotate crops, and extend our season.

Join me at the Marshfield Harvest Festival where I’ll have lots of dried florals, herbal tea, salves. There will be horse-drawn wagon rides, face painting, a book sale, and so much more! For more info visit the Jaquith Public Library’s website.
This year I ordered tulips in bulk, which means there are extras for you! Each variety will be available in bags of 10 bulbs, and you can order multiples if you're a tulip fanatic, like me. Tulip bulbs will need to be planted in the garden this fall and should be ready to go in the ground upon receipt. All bulbs are available for pick up at the farm, but if you need local delivery be sure to reach out and we'll try to make something work. Tulip bulbs should arrive by mid-October and you will be contacted as soon as they are ready for pick up - if there are delays for any reason I will be sure to contact you.

Flower Care: When you get your tulips home, unwrap the paper, remove the rubber band and give your tulips a fresh cut before putting them in a clean vase with cool water. Flowers like to drink from a clean container, just like people! Be sure to give your vase a good wash with dish soap before adding flowers. It’s also a good idea to change the water every couple of days or so.
Join me at Fox Market to create crepe paper tulips! This is a free workshop but donations are welcome. Hope to see you there!
Repair your knits with me at the Jaquith Library! Feel free to bring any yarn or needles you care to use - supplies will also be provided.

Sunday, April 13th from 9-11am The Magic Bean Farm will be teaching a Crepe Paper Tulip Workshop. Create everlasting tulips using crepe paper, glue and wire! Space is limited so claim your spot soon.
